In line with the Concept of Regional Development, on September 12, 2025, Baganuur District, Bagakhangai District, Nalaikh District, the “National Institute for Regional Development” SBE, the Nalaikh District Development Corporation” LOE, and the “Billion Trees” Socially Oriented NGO signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate on increasing forest resources, mitigating climate change, and accelerating green development recovery within the framework of establishing the “Nomadic Tourism Special Zone” at the foot of Taij Khairkhan Mountain in Nalaikh District, Ulaanbaatar.
